Declared items, public meetings, and a way to report a problem.
Carry is for named items on checked routes. Mystery packages, paying outside Carry, and private home handoffs are not how this works. Staff read reports during staffed hours — this page is not an around-the-clock emergency line.
Allowed and blocked items
Every request must name the item. If a traveler cannot inspect what they would carry, they should refuse.
Allowed items still need a declared value, a route, and a meeting plan.
These usually need photos, receipts, and a closer look for that route.
Blocked items, sealed unknowns, cash, weapons, and medicine cannot be listed.
Verification steps
You can browse now. Identity, payment, and payout unlock only when a deal needs them.

Report and appeal
Use Report or block on a profile, listing, chat, or deal. That opens a private staff case. The reported person does not receive your identity. Appeals are reviewed by staff when the queue is staffed — not as an always-on emergency line.
